Tex Leaves With Bruised Foot, Listed As Day-to-Day
(UPDATE 8:30 pm) Some good news on Tex: He left the game with a bruised left foot. He had x-rays taken and they came back negative, and he's listed as day-to-day.
Mark Teixeira left tonight's game with what appeared to be a foot injury. He fouled a ball off his foot in his first at-bat in the bottom of the first, and then stayed in the game until after his second at-bat in the third. In the AB he grounded to first and didn't look too great running to first.Posted byGreg Cohen

Swisher Day-to-Day
Marc Carig is reporting that Nick Swisher left tonight's game with left biceps soreness. He's listed as day-to-day. With Granderson on the DL, let's all hope this doesn't keep him out for much time. The Yankees cannot afford any more injuries right now.
